Confused Little Space

I'm a trans guy in my 20s who's into little space, and last night I found myself calling out to my dom as 'mommy' during a scene. It felt oddly comforting but also weirdly inappropriate, is this just me overthinking it or am I missing something? Does anyone else feel this way sometimes?
