Spilled Milk and Regret

Anonymous Candy Moth #817 · General Confessions

Today was just one of those days at the office. Nothing exciting, nothing bad, just an endless stream of emails and meetings. By lunchtime, I had my routine down pat: eat, drink, check social media. But today, I slipped up. I wasn't supposed to have any sweets, not even a small treat. Yet there it was, a chocolate bar in the break room that begged me to take one bite. And I did. One moment of weakness turned into half an hour of guilt. My 'Daddy' had been so clear about sticking to my diet plan, and here I was, indulging like a child without permission. The milk I spilled trying to sneak it back was nothing compared to the mess inside my head.
