...A Retail Moment That Haunts Me...

So, I work in retail and I've been playing this Daddy thing with one of my younger colleagues. It started as a joke really, just me making sure she's following store policy and stuff... but it kind of spiraled from there. One day we were alone in the backroom, you know, and everything was so chaotic at work that suddenly, out of nowhere, I ended up disciplining her for messing up an order.... She got this look in her eye after...I mean, it wasn't anything really, but still.... It's just been gnawing at me. Do other people feel weird about this? Am I overthinking it? Anyone else ever slip into a Daddy role with someone younger when they're alone together?
