Caring For My Little One
Anonymous Curious Pixie #806 · General Confessions
I've been the caregiver for my partner for a few years now. We started with light role-play and it grew into something more serious. She enjoys being taken care of like a little one, but we never use labels or anything overly dramatic about it. I give her baths, help her brush her teeth, read to her before bed, all the basics. It's pretty clear she likes the feeling of dependency in this setting. Recently, I caught myself getting irritated when she acted out. She had a small temper tantrum over not wanting to go to sleep on time and it made me angry. I scolded her firmly, which shocked both of us at first. Afterward, we talked about it. She confessed feeling like a little one needs to be disciplined sometimes to really feel secure in the care she's receiving. It was an eye-opener for both of us. The whole situation left a weird mix of emotions, I'm not sure if it's right or wrong, but it feels good when we both are honest about what we need from each other.
