A Sad Surrender

I've always been there for my submissive, listening, supporting, and guiding him through every challenge. Yet, lately, it feels like all I am is a shadow in the background while he pursues his own pleasure elsewhere. We agreed to boundaries long ago, but now they seem like nothing more than cold rules on paper. Today, after another heart-wrenching conversation where I felt helpless and invisible, I realized that maybe my role as Mommy isn't enough anymore. Do any of you out there find yourself in a similar situation? How do you keep the fire alive when it feels like the love has turned into a cold contract?
