First Time Being Disciplined
Anonymous Giggly Pixie #420 · General Confessions
So I recently got divorced and kind of lost myself in a lot of ways. My ex was my high school sweetheart and everything felt very set for me, like life had this predictable path that just suddenly wasn't there anymore. One day, a friend mentioned DDLG stuff as something she thought might help me find some kind of stability or grounding I've been missing. I found an online group dedicated to it and ended up talking with someone who really understood what I was going through, someone older, wiser, in their forties, actually. We met up last weekend, and he walked me through the whole thing: the preparation, setting clear boundaries and limits. It was really intense but also oddly comforting. He took on this role of a parent figure, which surprised me at first, given my age, late twenties, but it somehow fit perfectly with how I needed to be treated. We ended up doing some pretty explicit stuff that felt both shocking and exactly right for where I am now. There was the physical aspect, spanking and other forms of discipline that were surprisingly arousing, and then there was a lot of emotional support, too. He really listened to me, helped me feel like someone cared about figuring out what I wanted from life again. It’s hard to explain how liberating it felt just to let go and be taken care of in ways my ex and I had never tried. Like, sure, he spanked me until I cried a little bit, but there was this overwhelming sense that he wasn’t doing it to hurt me or control me; rather, it was about helping me understand what healthy boundaries and self-care look like. I keep replaying the experience in my head, trying to dissect why certain things felt so right and others were just confusing. It’s definitely something I want to explore further, but part of me is also nervous because I don’t know where this journey will take me. It's a weird mix of excitement and apprehension about moving forward with it. Maybe talking it out here will help me understand more too.
