Late Night Talks Turned Sinful
Anonymous Velvet Fawn #395 · General Confessions
So last semester I started seeing this really cool girl from one of my law classes. We're both first years and she's just a few months younger than me. She has these big brown eyes that seem to see right through me sometimes. Anyways, we've been friends for a while but it only recently got physical. It was after one of our study groups... I remember it was raining really hard outside and the coffee shop next door was closed, so everyone left early. We were supposed to go home too but... something just kept us there. We ended up talking for hours, mostly about nothing, just catching up on each other's lives. As the night went on we started getting silly, pretending our law books were secret codes or that studying all day made us need a nap. She always gets me to laugh and it makes me feel so... alive. And then she looked at her watch and said something about needing sleep for class tomorrow but I could tell she didn't want to leave either. I ended up letting her stay over, my place is closer to campus and my roommate was out of town, so there wouldn't be any awkwardness or privacy issues. We watched some movies on Netflix and talked more until the early hours of morning when sleep finally claimed us both. It wasn't exactly planned but it felt... right. The next day we were both a bit drowsy at lectures but couldn't stop smiling to each other, like there was this unspoken agreement that things had shifted between us somehow. I'm not really sure what happened late into the night when we didn't have anyone else around. It just felt so natural and... dare I say it? Sinful in a way that feels completely right.
