a secret from class

i been keeping this a secret from everyone i teach but it helps me deal with the stress of work and life so much lately. we started out just talking online, like sharing secrets and stuff, then it got more personal and private messages turned into roleplaying. he calls me kid or little one and treats me like i need guidance and protection even though in reality were both adults. its not something im proud of but feels good sometimes when the world is too much to handle. how do u deal with keeping big secrets from people who know you well?
