A Boring Week's Satisfying Outlet

This week at work has been absolutely grueling. The files never stop piling up and the coffee machine broke before I could even get my caffeine fix this morning. So, naturally, when Daddy called to ask if he could bring home some treats tonight, I couldn't resist a quick yes. It’s not like we do anything scandalous, just a little roleplay with me in Mommy mode, reminding him about chores and the usual bedtime routine. But there's something surprisingly satisfying about bossing someone around after putting up with mind-numbing paperwork all day. Tonight was more of the same: a strict reminder about responsibilities, followed by some delicious treats and quiet cuddles. It’s not exactly world-changing stuff, but it made my week a whole lot better.
