A Moment of Weakness

Anonymous Peachy Fawn #611 · General Confessions

Today was one of those days where I felt like a weight pressed down on my chest. My employer, let's call him Caregiver, had given me specific instructions to stay away from his chocolate stash, but temptation is hard to resist when you're feeling blue. So, while he wasn't looking, I indulged in a few squares of that heavenly dark chocolate. The moment was brief and sweet, but the guilt lingered like a shadow. It felt wrong, not just because it broke one of Caregiver’s rules, but because I'd disappointed him by not being able to control myself.
