A Late-Stage Discovery

I recently started exploring the DDLG lifestyle as a Mommy to an adult sub. It's surprisingly refreshing but also confusing, like suddenly needing a timeout after decades of grown-up decisions. Any advice on how to keep this playful while not losing my mind? Is it just me, or does everyone feel overwhelmed at some point?
