Exploring My Inner Child

Anonymous Dizzy Kitten #805 · General Confessions

I've recently discovered this dynamic that's been intriguing me quite a bit. I'm in my forties and have been happily married for over twenty years now, but lately, there's this nagging curiosity about something we haven't tried before - age play and the idea of regression into child-like states with my partner. It's strange because it doesn't feel like a throwback to anything from when I was actually in my twenties or earlier; rather, it seems to be an adult choice we've decided to explore together now. We're still figuring out how far we want to go and what feels right for us both. Lately, we tried a session where I took on the role of a young girl and he acted as a stern but caring father figure who was teaching me some basic life lessons in a way that felt playful yet respectful. It was surprisingly liberating, allowing me to let go of adult responsibilities and just enjoy being taken care of again for a change. The experience made me feel both vulnerable and safe at the same time, which is an odd but not unwelcome sensation. I'm still analyzing why this appeals to me so much - could it be about reclaiming my youth in a way that's only possible with someone who truly respects and cares for me? Or is there something else going on under the surface of these sessions that I haven't yet figured out? Regardless, I feel like we're both learning more about ourselves through this exploration.
