I'm in my early 40s now and married for over a decade. We've always been pretty traditional but recently we started playing around with this caregiver dynamic thing, just for fun. It's not about labels or anything heavy-handed; it's more like a silly game where I take care of him like he's... let's say younger? But we're both adults and it's all consensual and playful. There's no real power play, just us enjoying each other in a new way. It started with little things: I'd make his favorite breakfast on weekends, tuck him into bed at night with a kiss goodnight, and sometimes he'll even act like a naughty child when we're alone together, like leaving the room messy or asking for help tying his shoes.
