i ate the damn chocolate

so this happened the other day. i was at my house after a long session at the gym and decided to take a break from all that training and just chill for once. my little is supposed to be off-limits to sweets, especially chocolate cuz it's full of sugar and stuff like that but oh boy did she beg for some. you know how persistent they can be when they want something so i kinda caved under pressure after an hour or two of pleading. we had a deal that if i could finish reading the book i was working on first then maybe, just maybe she could get one small square. well turns out i got distracted by something shiny in the room (i’ll admit it) and ended up popping open the whole box of chocolate all for myself instead of waiting until after the book was done. so now she’s super upset cause there goes her chance at a little treat, but i feel guilty too because deep down inside i know i’m the one who broke our rule this time. oh well maybe i’ll just bribe her with an extra long training session tomorrow and hope she doesn’t notice the empty box.
