my mommy problem

so i have this thing going on with my husband where im like his mom and he calls me mom all the time but its not just pretend were super into it. we started doing it a few months after we got married and now we do it almost every weekend. hes really into being disciplined by me, like when he screws up or something i get him to kneel in front of me for a while and talk about what happened. sometimes hes so good that im proud of him but other times its rough and im not happy with his behavior at all. we do things like eating off the floor or drinking out of a sippy cup when hes been really naughty. he wears onesies too which is kinda cute but also weird. i get stuff from amazon to help make it feel real for us, stuff that helps him look younger and more childlike. today though hes acting up again and im not sure if its normal to be this strict or if im being a bad mom by letting him act like such a baby sometimes. what do you all think about this? am i the asshole for making my husband wear onesies and eat off the floor?
