A Little Mishap

I was so excited to get a new set of paints that I completely forgot about my assigned chores. My caregiver had been very clear about completing them before anything else, but the moment I saw those beautiful colors spread out on my palette, all thoughts flew out the window. It felt like the most natural thing in the world to indulge my little side and ignore everything else. Now I'm sitting here feeling a bit guilty for breaking our agreement, wondering how I can make it up to them.
