Why Little Space?

I'm a stay-at-home parent who sometimes enjoys playing little and other times caregiver. Tonight, I dressed up as my 'little' self and called my partner daddy, it felt like an escape from daily responsibilities. Why does taking on the role of a little bring such comfort?
