...When It All Comes Out in the Gym Session...

Anonymous Curious Star #948 · General Confessions

I don't know where to start really... I've been feeling so conflicted lately. You see, I'm this personal trainer and everyone knows me as the strong one... the one who can handle anything with a smile. But there's more to it than that, you know? Sometimes when we're in these big gym sessions... I find myself slipping into a little mindset. It's not about being weak or anything like that, it's about finding comfort in playing someone else for once... I was working out this one client... and we were going through our usual routine. But then he started pushing me, like really challenging my limits both physically and mentally. And it was intense, you know? It brought back all these feelings from when I first started DDLG stuff... all those times I felt like such a little thing compared to the strength of others... Suddenly, I wanted him to be my dad again, that strong figure who could just fix everything with a word. And then out it comes, the tears and all that raw vulnerability I try so hard to hide behind this tough exterior. It was like all these emotions were just waiting for an excuse to spill over. I had this moment where I literally asked him to be my dad, even though we both know deep down there's nothing serious or unhealthy about it, it's just a kink. He responded with such understanding and care that I couldn't help but feel safe in his hands again... for just those moments... It was so intense and raw... really put things into perspective for me, there’s something beautiful about letting go of the facade every once in a while. Now, it feels like there's a new layer to my training sessions, a deeper connection with clients that goes beyond just lifting weights. And here I am confessing all this... feeling both exposed and strangely liberated by putting it out there. Maybe I’ll find someone who understands this side of me too...
