Sneaking A Cookie

I'm 50 and trying out this whole DDLG thing for the first time. I broke a rule today and it felt naughty! Wasn't supposed to snack before dinner, but couldn't resist those cookies in the cupboard... Tasted so good though.... Now feeling guilty as hell, like a kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar.....
