When I Feel Like a Kid Again

I'm in my late 20s and have always felt like there's this kid inside me who wants to play. Lately, I've been really into DDLG with an older partner who lets me act out the little girl fantasies that never went away. It feels so freeing but also scary because it's not just pretend, it's real emotional stuff. Like yesterday, he made me wear a frilly dress and put my hair in pigtails while we talked about all these grown-up fears I have. It was hard to open up like that and be vulnerable as this little persona. But afterward, there was this weird mix of comfort from being treated like a kid again and also pride for facing my insecurities head-on.
