A Caregiver's Pleasure

I'm a trans man in my mid-20s, and lately I've been really into the care and nurturing side of DDLG. It feels like there's this sweet spot where I can give my partner complete care, like helping her get dressed, brushing her hair, making sure she has everything she needs, while also enjoying some pretty intense playtime afterwards. There's something about being able to take care of someone and then show them how much they turn me on that feels so good. But I'm not sure if it's just me getting off on the power dynamic or if there's more depth here. Do others experience this kind of dual pleasure? Is it normal for a caregiver to feel this way?
