Secret Mommy Discipline

I'm a personal trainer by day and something I never expected, a Mommy to my submissive partner. It started as light teasing, calling him 'baby' and 'sweetie', but it grew into this intense roleplay where he's completely under my control. Lately, we've been exploring stricter discipline too. He gets put in time-out or grounded for days if I'm displeased with his behavior. It sounds so silly when I type it out like that, training a grown man to be quiet and obedient? But there’s something incredibly intimate about it. Last week, after he didn't do as asked, I made him stay in the bedroom until further notice, not even allowed to eat or drink without my permission. It was humiliating for both of us, but also thrilling in a way that's hard to describe. He craves this kind of guidance and discipline from me now, which is bizarre because we're equals outside these sessions. Sometimes I wonder if it's unhealthy, but when he’s being punished and then comes out more attentive and affectionate than ever... It makes my heart melt despite myself. How did this happen? Was it always there, hidden under the surface all along?
