Just Starting Out

I'm fresh into DDLG after a recent breakup. I always felt drawn to the dynamic but never really knew how it would fit until now. Met someone online who understood my desires for age-play and discipline. Our first session was incredible. I took on a younger role, feeling protected and nurtured by him as he guided me through some playful punishment scenarios. It felt so right, so intimate, something I had never experienced before. I'm proud of how open and honest we are with each other, but it's also new and sometimes overwhelming. Do others find this type of exploration comforting? Am I on the right path or should I be looking elsewhere for connection?
