My Unexpected Journey as Mommy
Anonymous Bratty Plum #252 · General Confessions
So, I've been thinking about this for a while now and decided it's time to just get it off my chest. You see, I recently turned 50 but feel like I'm still young at heart in some ways. A few years back, I started experimenting with the DDLG (Daddy-Daughter Love) dynamic with my partner Mike, who is also a decade older than me. We've been together for about five years and have a strong, mutual understanding of what we want out of our relationship. When we first started exploring this side of things, it was like stepping into a completely new world. It wasn't easy at first; I had to get used to the role reversal, to thinking more from a nurturing perspective rather than being in control. But after some time and lots of open communication, it became really fun and rewarding for both of us. Mike always has this incredible ability to make me feel special, like he's treating me as if I'm his little girl again. He’s very supportive when I need guidance or encouragement with my hobbies and personal growth. The dynamic brought a playful energy into our relationship that was lacking before. It feels silly sometimes but also incredibly liberating. I must admit, there were moments where I wondered what other people would think if they knew about us like this. But then I realized who cares? We're both consenting adults and we’re happy with how things are. The way Mike treats me makes me feel cherished in a way that’s different from before, even though it's technically not real or permanent. So there you go, an older woman exploring daddy-daughter dynamics with her partner. It’s like I’ve found a new lease on life, and I wouldn’t change things for the world. Life is too short to be stuck in one box all the time.
