...A Small Mistake...

I haven't been feeling myself since the breakup... I've been trying to keep things together, but sometimes it's hard. The other day, my caregiver told me not to eat any cookies until after dinner. It was early afternoon and I just wanted something sweet... So when she left the room for a minute, I sneaked one from the jar on the counter... I felt so guilty afterward. What if she found out? It wasn't much, but it felt like breaking trust, you know?... I haven't told her yet, not sure how to bring it up without making things worse...
