A Slippery Slope of Kinkiness?

I never thought I'd say this, but lately my kinks have been getting the best of me. My husband and I are new to all this, but we started exploring D/s dynamics about six months ago. It's not a big part of our relationship, just little things here and there that add some spice. But last night... I don't know if it was just too much wine or what, but he told me off pretty harshly, like I'd done something wrong. And oddly enough, my heart raced with excitement rather than fear. We haven't discussed this yet, and to be honest, I'm feeling a bit shaken up about it. Is this normal? Am I crazy for liking the idea of being 'in trouble'? What should we do next time this happens?
