A New Path Forward

After my divorce last year, I found myself in an odd place. As a Daddy who's always been the responsible one, taking care of everything and everyone around me, suddenly having nothing but time on my hands felt like being adrift without a compass. It wasn't until I stumbled upon DDLG that things started to click into place again. The idea of guiding someone through their own challenges with patience and understanding resonated deeply within me. Engaging in age-play scenarios has allowed me to channel those paternal instincts into something fulfilling, even if it means stepping back from the day-to-day responsibilities that once defined my life. It's a curious mix of old comfort and new excitement, but more importantly, it’s a way for me to explore who I am outside of being a husband or a provider. Sometimes, just knowing that I can be there for someone else as they navigate their own struggles is enough to remind me why taking on the role of Daddy was always so rewarding.
