Shameful Secret

I'm a nurse in my 30s, and I've been sneaking into the toy section of stores to pretend I'm looking at dolls when really I'm fantasizing about being treated like one by strangers. It feels wrong but oddly soothing. Is this just twisted or normal for me? What should I do?
