A Lonely Little

I'm a nurse in my 30s who finds comfort in playing little for strangers online. Last night, I felt so alone at home that I chatted with someone pretending to be younger than me, just talking and feeling cared for. Is it normal to feel like this? Am I seeking something unhealthy?
