Forgot the Milk Again

So I was supposed to pick up some milk for my little after work today. We were out of it and she was craving pancakes. But you know how it goes, got caught up in traffic trying to get her favorite dessert from that new bakery place downtown, which is like our thing now, right? So by the time I got back, the grocery store was closed. Yeah, I’m not proud of myself for forgetting such a little thing. Gave her pancakes without syrup though... Now she’s sulking a bit, but hey, at least it’s still better than me getting hit by that car trying to get through that intersection on red. So lesson learned: don’t mess with traffic lights even if you’re late picking up milk.
