Daddy at the Hospital

I'm a nurse in my thirties who recently started calling myself “Daddy” with one of my patients, an adult man about half my age dealing with severe illness. It’s weird but comforting to mother him from time to time. Is this okay? Should I tell someone else how I’m feeling or is it just me indulging in roleplay?
