Rule Breaker

I was training a client today when my phone buzzed with a message from my Dom. He told me to stay focused and skip lunch. I know the rules, but something felt off, maybe it was just being tired. So instead of sticking to the plan, I grabbed a quick sandwich at the cafe. It's silly really, breaking such a small rule over nothing important. But when he messaged back later asking how my day went without food, I couldn't look him in the eye on our call. Sometimes little things feel like big deals.
