i ate the last cookie

wasn't supposed to but it was staring at me from across the room and i just couldn't resist. i know i'm not a kid anymore but sometimes my impulses get the best of me. now carol's going to be pissed that there are no cookies left for her tea this evening. hope she doesn't remember asking me to pick up more when i was at the store last week. maybe it won't matter if i just act normal and pretend like nothing happened? but what if she finds out? oh well, can't take it back now.
