Broke My Diet Cheat

I promised myself I wouldn't indulge, but I did it anyway. Ate that damn chocolate cake after work tonight. Told myself just a bite, but ended up finishing half the slice. Feels like such a failure... Made my nurse self so upset. Should have stuck to the plan, obeyed my own rules. Now I'm punishing myself with no sweets for days.
