A Bit of This, A Bit of That

Anonymous Secret Sprite #575 · General Confessions

Sometimes I feel like a puzzle piece that doesn't quite fit anywhere. It's hard when you're trying to find your place in the world as a trans woman who can flip between being the little one needing care and being the caregiver herself. Last weekend was wild - it started with me meeting my partner at this new cafe we both love, but things took an unexpected turn after dinner. We ended up playing out this role reversal thing where I got to be the daddy for once, which was surprisingly freeing. But then later that night, under the moonlight and some candles, I slipped back into feeling like a little girl again - it's these moments that really challenge my sense of self and identity. It’s messy, confusing, but also full of love and discovery.
