A Nurse's Little Secret

So I'm this nurse in my late 30s. Got my own little clinic on the outskirts of town, where everyone knows me as Dr. Smith. Never thought I'd find myself in a DDLG dynamic with one of my patients, let alone someone ten years younger than me. It just sorta happened, and to be honest, it caught me off guard. Started out with her just coming in for basic checkups, you know how it goes. Then one day, she starts asking about vitamins and such, but I could tell there was more on her mind. So I ended up suggesting some books on self-help and stuff. That's when we started this odd little relationship. She called me 'Daddy' and it just... clicked. Now here I am, half-jokingly enforcing a curfew on someone who technically knows more about healthcare than I do sometimes. It’s like the roles are all twisted around in my head now.
