Lost In The Coffee Shop

I started at this coffee shop two weeks ago. Every day feels like a blur of lattes and loneliness. Tonight was different. He came in, the usual quiet customer who ordered strong black coffee each morning. But tonight, he asked me to go upstairs with him for some 'private time'. I agreed, feeling nervous but drawn towards something new. Upstairs, there were candles and soft music. It wasn't what I expected, more like a tender, whispered game of dominance. He guided me into letting him be in charge, but not how I thought it would be. It was... comforting. Yet, here I am, back at work tomorrow, wondering if this will ever happen again.
