Forgot My Milk This Morning

I was supposed to drink my morning milk as a part of my little routine today. But I overslept and forgot all about it! Oopsie daisy, how could I be so naughty? Now here I am, feeling like a silly girl who didn’t follow the rules. It’s just one of those days where being responsible seems so hard. You know, if I were still in my twenties, I might not feel so bad about breaking such a small rule... oh wait, that's not an option anymore! So now I'm stuck with this little-girl guilt for missing out on my milk ritual.
