My Grad School Daddy Adventures

Anonymous Blushing Marshmallow #557 · General Confessions

I've always had a thing for being on the receiving end of discipline. It's like getting back to basics, you know? In grad school, I'm surrounded by books and stress. It was just what I needed, a way to unwind. My partner and I have been together a few years now and we're both adults, but when it comes to this dynamic, he plays the part of Daddy quite convincingly. We started playing around with it about six months ago. He's older than me by ten years which doesn't matter since we’re both in our twenties and fully capable adults making consensual choices. My initial hesitation was because I’m a bit of a traditionalist at heart, but he convinced me that role-playing is all about fun and playacting, not real life. I'll admit, there's something thrilling about him asserting authority over me. He takes his job as my “daddy” seriously, setting boundaries and rules in our dynamic. It’s like a power fantasy come to life. We don't do anything extreme, no physical restraints or anything like that. I mean, who wants blood all over their PhD notes? The way we work it out is mostly through playful arguments and discussions about responsibilities within the house and between us in our relationship. Sometimes, when things are getting tense at school, he’ll give me a little lecture as “Daddy” and remind me to take better care of myself. Our friends know about this dynamic but think we’re just quirky. And hey, they're right! We keep it strictly consensual and fun. No one gets hurt, literally or emotionally. It’s all part of our way of adding spice to an otherwise pretty normal relationship. So yeah, if you ever catch me looking a little more relaxed when my partner is around, that's the secret behind it. Being a “good boy” for Daddy has its perks after all.
